Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States, excluding Louisiana, Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)Free on all orders

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Rate calculated at checkout based on order size and shipping location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 12–48 hours (business days only). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Sustainable Packaging

All products are shipped using post-consumer material can carriers and 100% recyclable shipping boxes. We do not charge any additional handling fees.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@drinksalome.com and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order.
